Election 2020 – November 3

Election day is just about here and this is what you need to know for returning your ballot or to vote in person on Tuesday, November 3.

  • BALLOT RETURN

If you have not yet returned your ballot, you are strongly encouraged to return it by hand to one of the secure drop boxes at Town Hall located at 63 Main Street. If you are hand-delivering your ballot, it must be delivered no later than 8 p.m. on November 3. There is a newly installed drive-up drop box in front of the building and another drop box located at the side entry door, adjacent to the parking area.

If returning your ballot by U.S. mail, your ballot must be postmarked by November 3 and received by the Town Clerk’s office no later than 5 p.m. on November 6 in order to be counted. The U.S. Postal Service recommends allowing up to 7 days for ballot delivery.
