The Northborough Town Hall offices located at 63 Main Street will be fully reopened to the public on Monday, May 17. Visitors are asked to follow safety guidelines as outlined below and are encouraged to use online services when possible.
- Masks will be required to enter the building except where unsafe due to a medical condition or disability.
- Please make every effort to limit your visit to 15 minutes or less. If you think you need more than 15 minutes, please call ahead.
- Visitors may be required to sign in at the department they are visiting for contact tracing purposes.
- Most offices have been reconstructed to provide assistance through service windows at each department’s door. Please use the service windows where feasible.
- If you are feeling sick, choose another day for your visit to Town hall.
Town Hall Offices hours of operation are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
