School calendars are filling up as the school year already starts to wind down in the next few months and that is no April Fools’ joke. Here are some important dates to have on your calendar:
- April 2-3: Massachusetts Instrumental and Choral Conductors Association (MICCA) Music Fest. Good luck to our student musicians who will attend.
- April 6: Northborough School Committee meeting, 6:30 p.m. at Melican Middle School library.
- April 7: Algonquin Sophomore Parent Zoom, 8 a.m.
- April 7: Local author keynote speaker at Trottier Middle School: Jennifer DeLeon, 6:30 p.m.
- April 8: Peaslee PTO Fundraiser at MOOYAH Burgers, 4-9 p.m., pre-game dinner before watching the Harlem Wizards game vs Borough Breakers! It all supports the PTO enrichment programs and activities.
- April 8-9: Melican Middle School musical, Disney High School Musical Jr., 7 p.m. at Algonquin Regional High School auditorium.
- April 15: No School, observance of Good Friday
- April 18-22: Spring Break, no school.
- April 27: Regional School Committee meeting, 6:30 p.m. at Algonquin Regional High School library
- April 28: Tri M Open Mic Night at Algonquin’s cafe, 7 p.m.
- April 28: Northborough Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Basic Rights: Understanding the IEP virtually presented by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. Register Online.
- April 30: Algonquin Junior Prom. Thank so all the sponsors for the After Prom Party. It’s not too late to donate online.
