The Northborough Cultural Council’s Go Out Doors Northborough exhibit was unveiled on April 10. The exhibit of nine “artfully upcycled, painted doors” will be on display through May, at which time the uniquely painted doors will be auctioned to the public.
Everyone is invited to stroll the back portion of the track at Ellsworth McAfee park and enjoy the work and talent of the artists who participated in the public art campaign.
The project is based on the En Plein Air exhibition on NYC’s High Line and in collaboration with The Umbrella Arts Center’s regional public art installation Go Out Doors – Neighbors.
The Cultural Council thanked the Massachusetts Cultural Council, Umbrella Arts Center, Medford Arts Council, Town of Northborough BeWell Program and Department of Public Works.
