The Boros LGBTQIAP+ Community, Family & Friends group has initiated a fundraising effort to create Little Diverse Libraries in Northborough. Books with LGBTQ+ topics, as well as some that discuss diversity and inclusion, will be part of the selections.
Member Kelly Luciano said the goal is to have have three little libraries starting with one at Trinity Church (23 Main Street) and two hosted by members on their personal property.
Donations can be made via Venmo @Kelly-Luciani-1 or use the QR code below. It is estimated that $300-$1000 per library will be needed depending on availability of recycled, reused and donated materials and books and what needs to be purchased new.
