Northborough Southborough Special Education Parent Council (NSPAC) is excited to host Jonathan Mooney, a widely sought after speaker whose work has been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, USA Today, HBO, NPR, among other publications.
The virtual event, Those Kids-Learning Outside the Lines, will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m.
Jonathan Mooney was one of those kids. Diagnosed with Dyslexia, he was one of the kids who couldn’t sit still and spent elementary school chilling in the hallway with the janitor. He had low expectations surrounding him. But… he beat the odds, graduating from Brown University with an Honors degree in English Lit.
