The Northborough Garden Club opens its 2023 – 24 season on Tuesday, September 5th with a presentation on canning, freezing, and dehydrating by Eileen Clark. Clark has been a successful beekeeper for more than 20 years and Master Gardener for 10; her passion for gardening began at the age of 12. If you are looking for more ways to enjoy the fall harvest, join the garden club and discover the many ways to preserve and enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits into the winter months.
