The Northborough Historical Society invites you to attend their upcoming program, ”Landmark Civil Rights Legislation of the Mid 1960s.”

This lecture by Mark Bashour will examine the respective and crucial roles of Martin Luther King, Jr. and President Lyndon Baines in bringing about landmark legislation that would change this nation permanently.

Mark Bashour is a longtime history and government professor at Quinsigamond Community College and he hopes that many people will come and enjoy this talk.

This event will take place on Friday February 23, 2024, at 7PM at the Northborough Historical Society at 52 Main Street, Northborough, MA.
