Advance tickets and auction bids are now available for the upcoming Gonk Knocks Football Event scheduled for Monday, November 25 at APEX Entertainment Center in Marlborough from 6:30-10:00 pm. The event will offer an auction, raffle, food, bowling, pool and arcade games. Proceeds from the event will benefit two great organizations: Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism and Algonquin Tomahawk Football Boosters.
Algonquin Regional High School (ARHS) sophomore Andrew Roberts has been blogging about sports for over five years. His chronicles of the ARHS Football team during training camp, entitled Gonk Knocks, will be premiered on the big screen as part of the evening highlights.
Reserve your tickets in advance online. Cost is $35/ticket; $25/students, teachers, coaches (plus a small processing fees).
Raffles and auction bidding can be done on line as well. Raffles include gift cards to restaurants, jewelry, and local businesses. Auction items have fitness memberships and lots of autographed sports memorabilia and jerseys from your favorite Boston teams up for grabs.
Donate directly to help reach the goal of $20,000.
