Annual Dance Show benefits spirit of inclusion

The Rhythm Dance Co. (RDC) will be holding its 9th Annual Dance Benefit on Sunday, January 27 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Algonquin Regional High School located at 79 Bartlett Street. The original date of January 20 was rescheduled due to the snowstorm.

Proceeds of the event will benefit the spirit of inclusion through RDC’s Darby’s Dancers Program, a free special needs dance class, and the Algonquin Regional High School Best Buddies Chapter. Best Buddies is a club that promotes social inclusion for students with and without intellectual disabilities through one-to-one friendships and self-advocacy.

The show will feature RDC soloists and groups.

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $15 each (cash or check only).  Members of Best Buddies or Darby’s Dancers can purchase tickets for $10 each.
