Friday, April 27th
- Get your history on at the Northborough Historical Society’s program on the Cuban Missile Crisis. It’s free, it’s local, and it should be interesting!
Saturday, April 28th
- It’s Town Clean-Up Day! Find a few hours to help beautify our town. Stop by Ellsworth McAfee Park between 7:30-10AM to pick up your supplies and choose your route. Cleaning can be done any time over the weekend. A continental breakfast will be served to all volunteers during those hours.
- The Northborough Knights baseball team will be holding a huge, Multi-family Yard Sale to benefit their summer trip to Cooperstown. Swing by for great deals on furniture, sporting equipment, toys, games, kids clothing and more!
- Do you part in ridding our town of excess Opiods. Saturday is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, and the Northborough Police Department will be participating. Drop off unwanted, unused, or expired prescriptions at the Police Department between 10-2.
- After all your hard work in the morning, take the family to the Northborough Library’s Afternoon at the Movies. They will be showing Disney’s Zootopia at 2:30 PM. Instead of an admission fee, each family is asked to bring two food or toiletry items to go to families in need.

- Visit the NEF website to order your Golden Apples for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 7-11) and get your tickets for the annual Mother Daughter Princess Tea Party happening on May 12th.
- Get to know the candidates for town government. Elections are May 8th! The Northborough Education Foundation interviewed three candidates for School Committee this week. The videos are available on their Facebook Page.

- Get out and walk! The local experts at Flaherty Physical Therapy shared a great simple walking program with us.
