Assabet Valley Mastersingers (AVM) is hosting its 2023 AVM Golf Outing and Dinner/Concert benefit on Monday, May 22 at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, Boylston, MA. Golfers will enjoy the Mark Mungeam-designed championship course, which has received national recognitions and numerous awards. Players will compete for a $10,000 Cash Prize for a Hole in One on the targeted hole, with ancillary prizes on non-targeted holes.
The Golf Outing includes an 18-hole scramble, contests, prizes, raffle, lunch and dinner, gifts, a team photo, and concert! Additional contests include: First Place and Runner Up Foursomes, Most Honest Foursome, Longest Drive Men, Longest Drive Women, and Closest to the Pin.
- Golf registration is available online through Sunday, May 7. The single golfer fee is $150 and $580 for a foursome.
This popular event entertains both golfers and dinner/concert guests. Guests will enjoy appetizers, raffle, and dinner followed by a lighthearted concert called “What the Court Jester Saw!”. The Chambersingers, an 18-voice ensemble, will perform in the Music Room.

Money raised at this event enables AVM to continue to bring quality programming to our community while enhancing the area’s cultural offerings. All proceeds from this benefit event will support the operating expenses of the Assabet Valley Mastersingers, a non-profit 501(c)(3) arts organization.

Founded in 1978, the Assabet Valley Mastersingers is a regional chorus with performances in Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Southborough, and Marlborough, MA. On March 26, 2023, 3:30PM, the Mastersingers will present Howell’s Behold, O God, Our Defender, Handel’s Coronation Anthems and Mozart’s Coronation Mass. The concert entitled Coronation Celebration will feature Soprano Erin Smith, Mezzo Soprano Catherine Hedberg, Tenor Charles Blandy and Baritone John Salvi. The concert will be held at Algonquin Regional High School, Northborough, MA.
