The Assabet Valley Mastersingers (AVM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean McInermy as General Manager. Jean has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources profession managing operations in talent acquisition, benefits, budget planning and execution, regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, project management and implementation of strategic initiatives. As a trained mediator in Divorce, Family, Elder and Workplace Mediation, Jean has provided mediation services on probate and civil matters.
On the life balance side, Jean is involved in volunteer activities and enjoys various outdoor activities. Jean is new to the art of photography. After years of requesting copies from others, she decided it was time to capture images from her view of this beautiful world.
