Northborough Recreation and the Northborough Community Affairs Committee are teaming up to create an awesome family fun event!! They have combined the scarecrow making and pumpkin carving event into one Boo-tacular Event!
This is a FREE family-friendly event.
All families are invited to come and pick up a scarecrow base from the Recreation Department (Town Hall 63 Main St., Northborough, MA 01532) to use to make your own scarecrow at home (be creative! Use old clothes, costumes, masks!).
We also invite you all to carve your best pumpkins. We will provide LED lights for your pumpkins in the park.
You can bring your scarecrows and pumpkins to Assabet Park (20 Gale St., Northborough, MA 01532) on Oct. 14th between 10am – 12pm. The DPW will hang all the scarecrows on posts. All families are welcome to one or both! This is a great way to work together as a family and show off your talents.
