Shrewsbury, MA – Central One Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Anthony Pini as the new Chairman of the Board, Jeffrey Pond as the Vice Chairman of the Board and Charles Giacoppe as Secretary of the Board.
Anthony Pini has been serving on the Central One FCU Board of Directors since 2014, recently serving as Vice Chairman from 2019-2022. He also served as an Associate Board Member from 2009-2014. Mr. Pini is currently a member of the Executive and Planning committees. He previously served as Chairman of the Member Business Loan committee and a member of the Asset Liability Management committee.
Jeffrey Pond has been serving as a Director of the Credit Union since 1996 and from 1985-1991. He has served as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary of the Board. Currently, Mr. Pond serves on the Executive, Nominating, Planning and Personnel committees. Mr. Pond has also served on other committees throughout his tenure, including the Asset Liability Management committee.
Charles M. Giacoppe has been serving as a Director since 2017 and as an Associate Director from 2015-2017. He currently serves on the Asset Liability Management and Personnel committees.
