Central One Federal Credit Union will host a complimentary seminar for first-time home buyers where experts will guide participants through the process and answer their home buying questions. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd from 5:30-8PM at Peppercorn’s restaurant in Worcester. Participants will learn how to navigate the real estate buying process, from financing to the closing and beyond. Topics will include:
- Overview of FICO scores and how your credit affects the loan
- Pre-qualification process
- First Time Home Buyer programs
- Know the role of the attorney
- Your property search
- Understanding homeowners insurance
The event will feature presentations from the Central One Federal Credit Union’s Lending Team as well as Christoper Yates, Real Estate Attorney, Fletcher Tilton PC and Mark Sacco, Realtor, EXIT Beacon Pointe Realty.
