A joint discussion between the Northborough Planning Board and the Northborough Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the start of the Planning Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 19 at 6 pm. Zoning Proposals for the 2021 Annual Town Meeting will be discussed.
