The Town of Northborough Health Department wants to remind residents that it is still important to get tested if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Northborough residents and employees can access free rapid antigen test kits through the following sources:
- School-aged children can request free test kits through their schools. Please contact your child’s schools for more information.
- Households can order 2 sets of 2 kits (4 tests) through the Federal Government. If you ‘ve already ordered your first set, order your second today.
- Northborough residents and employees can access free iHealth rapid antigen kits at the Health Department at Town Hall, Library during regular business hours and the Senior Center during staffed nursing hours on Monday and Wendesday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Proof of residency or employment in Northborough is required. Funding for the purchase of test kits was provided by the Metrowest Health Foundation and other regional public health grants.
