The Northborough Health Department is offering free flu clinics in October including a drive-through clinic for ages 6 months and older and a Fluad Quadrivalent vaccine clinic for people 65 years and older. The Northborough Health Department is not offering COVID-19 vaccine clinics this year. Please check with local pharmacies for availability or visit www.vaccines.gov. As of September 12th, the CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness this fall and winter. The Health Department recommends that residents order free COVID-19 test kits online. Beginning Monday, September 25, every U.S. household can place an order to receive four more free COVID-19 rapid tests delivered directly to their home. To place your order, visit: www.covid.gov/tests. The Town of Northborough is no longer providing free test kits.
