When you purchase a Golden Apple, you are making a tax-deductible donation in their name to the Northborough Education Foundation. The recipient will receive a personalized certificate with a special message from you or your child. What’s more, for the 2017-18 school year, all Golden Apple donations will be generously matched by Wheelhouse Wealth Advisors.
Golden Apples can be purchased for $15 each or 5 for $50 at www.northboroughed.org on or before December 15th, 2018. For the holidays, NEF is also offering the option to add a Dunkin’ Donuts or Target gift card to your Golden Apple purchase. Apples will be hand delivered by NEF to the schools on December 22nd.
The Northborough Education Foundation is a volunteer run, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the Public Schools and the community with resources necessary to improve curriculum, programs and services above and beyond the level supported by the annual school budgets. NEF awarded $36,075 in grant funds in September. Grant recipients included all the Northborough Public Schools as well as two community events including the Northborough Children’s Book Awards and Community Reading Day.
