Northborough residents have a few weeks to clean out their garages and get ready for the annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day. The town has scheduled it for Saturday, October 23, 9 am – 12 p.m. at the Department of Public Works Garage located at 190 Main Street.
Some Styrofoam will be accepted, along with oils, gasoline, auto batteries, pesticides, paint thinners, fire extinguishers, oil-based paints and stains, household chemicals and aerosols.
