Northborough Public Health staff and other Town leadership will be at the Northborough Senior Center to discuss the proposed merger of the Health Department and Family Youth Services. Proposed amendment to the Town’s Municipal Code for the creation of the Health and Human Services Department and the reorganization of the Health and Inspection Services into the Human Services Division, pursuant to Article V of the Town of Northborough Charter.
