The Northborough Free Library Job Seekers program welcomes back Gary Gekow for his The Importance of LinkedIn workshop to be held on Monday, November 8, 7-8:30 p.m. in the library’s meeting room. Gekow is an employment consultant and recruiter with over 30 years experience in the Boston marketplace. In the workshop, he will review best practices for creating your online LinkedIn profile and managing accounts. You will also learn the importance of joining LinkedIn groups and inviting others to offer testimonials.
All participants are required to wear a mask while attending the program.

Additionally, Gekow holds workshops to assist job seekers with various job search strategies including resume writing, cover/thank you letter writing, interviewing skills, transitioning into new careers, salary and benefits negotiation, and on-line job search.
