The Northborough Library is hosting an informational session highlighting the biased thinking and resulting limitations imposed by type-casting older individuals as somehow limited in their capabilities and potential contributions to society. The Dealing with Ageism session will be held at the Library located at 34 Main Street on Saturday, August 27, 10-11:30 a.m.
Nutrition and Wellness Coach Peg Doyle, M.Ed. will lead the session. Peg will help attendees build an awareness of their own limited thinking, recognize biases, and learn tools for addressing them with a sense of positivity and optimism. Peg has been leading corporate wellness workshops and programs and coaching hundreds of clients since 2005. Her expertise and passion for well-being and lifelong wellness is infectious and inspires individuals to prioritize their health through a series of actionable steps, creating a ripple effect that transforms lives.
