Local charity sends chemo care kits

Jack’s Pack Chemotherapy Care Kits was founded in 2007 in memory of John M. Flynn.

Jack’s Pack is a care kit containing items that are helpful for people going through chemo. Upon request, a kit will be shipped to someone in your life that is undergoing chemotherapy treatment. The kit is free of charge.

Jack Flynn was a fantastic father, grandfather, husband and sports fan. He was a loud, happy man who knew how to live life to the fullest and make people happy. He was a volunteer at the Cancer Care center in Framingham where he could be heard singing in the halls as he did his job. He sadly lost his own battle with liver cancer on March 11, 2006.

The chemo kits are filled with items to help others going through chemo and to brighten their day. Jack’s love for life and love for people lives on through this charity.

Kits can be requested through the Facebook page or by emailing jackspackchemokit@gmail.com.
