The Town of Northborough has issued a mask requirement for all visitors and staff at municipal buildings, regardless of vaccination status. The mask requirement will be effective starting Tues., Sept. 7.
The decision was made based on the increased number of cases, both from the Delta variant and the rise in breakthrough cases (a positive case of COVID-19 in a fully vaccinated individual).
This updated policy will apply to the following municipal buildings:
- Northborough Public Library
- Northborough Senior Center
- Northborough Town Hall
- Northborough Police Department
- Northborough Fire Department
- Northborough Department of Public Works

Residents are reminded of alternative ways to conduct town business, such as paying bills on line or dropping payments in the drive-up box located in front of Town Hall, 63 Main Street.
