Are your teens stressed out and need some time to unwind but not sure where to start? The Northborough Library is offering a free, two-week Mindfulness Workshop for kids ages 10-16. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 4 and Wednesday, May 11 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the meeting room. Yoga and mindfulness teacher Caitlin Borsini will take you through the basics of relaxation, including stretches, breathing exercises, journaling, and more. Registration is required and covers both weeks.
