The Northborough-Southborough Chapter of the Neighbor Brigade is growing.
“Neighbors helping neighbors” is what the group is all about. Get involved as a volunteer or request help if you are experiencing crisis and could use some help.
The group establishes community-specific networks of volunteers that can be mobilized to help residents facing sudden crisis manage day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, rides, and basic household chores. Using web-based coordination tools, recipient requests and the recruitment of volunteers to fulfill those requests sensitively, quickly and free of charge are managed.
