Hello my name is William Gravell. I am a 14 year old freshman that attends Westborough High School. Hockey has always been a prominent activity in my life ever since I started playing at the age of five. About a year ago my back started to hurt after doing physical activity. The pain would interfere with my everyday life. Even sitting through a day of school would cause discomfort. I tried at-home solutions, such as ice, but nothing seemed to work.
A friend of my mom’s suggested that I go to Northboro Chiropractic Center. I went and had an evaluation, which led to Dr. Karen and I forming a plan to correct my spine. I went for adjustments 3 times a week at the beginning, then 2 times a week, and now I go once every other week for adjustments. The pain I used to experience has now disappeared and I do not have to worry about my back affecting my performance in hockey, or my everyday life.
Going to Northboro Chiropractic Center has overall improved the quality of my life on and off the ice!
