The Northboro Junior Woman’s Club is sponsoring three grants to Northborough residents for curbside composting. To apply residents just need to fill out a short questionnaire. Three recipients will be chosen from the entries.
Would you:
- Like to reduce your trash costs?
- Help reduce CO2 emissions?
- Help return valuable nutrients and microorganisms to top soil?
Consider applying for a grant to get bi-weekly curbside composting from Black Earth Compost for six months.
There are currently 85 families in Northborough participating in curbside composting. The NJWC would like to add more by offering three grants to the community to help spread the word about this important service.
