Northborough Family & Youth Services and William James College are pleased to announce the addition of a new mental health resource for Northborough residents of all ages- INTERFACE Referral Service!
INTERFACE is a free, confidential referral service that connects residents and public school students to outpatient mental health providers. Residents can call them directly at their Helpline at 1-888-244-6843, extention 1411.
The service is open and free to all Northborough residents and employees, and available Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
What can you expect when you call? You can expect to speak with a resource and referral counselor about your needs, receive information about potential matches within two weeks and a follow up call to make sure you have made a successful match. Referrals are made to Mental Health Providers and information is shared about local Social Services.
