Your input is needed! The Town of Northborough is in the process of developing a Downtown Revitalization Plan. This important document will provide the Town with a blueprint for future enhancements to Downtown by promoting a pleasing and welcoming appearance; one that promotes a sense of place, enabling Downtown to become the community’s central gathering area for residents and visitors alike. This plan will guide the Town’s investments Downtown.
