The Rotary Club of Westborough has announced its fall schedule for the Trex Plastic Film Recycling Challenge collection.
Items that can be recycled include plastic grocery bags, dry cleaning bags, cereal bags, bubble wrap, Ziploc bags, ice bags, plastic shipping envelopes, and bread bags.
Items such as chip bags with metallic liners, brown mailers with bubble wrap inside, hard plastics and plastic with food residue are not allowed.
Recyclables can be brought to the back entrance of Kohl’s (Northborough Crossing) on the following Saturdays from- 8-9 a.m.:
- September 25
- October 9, 23
- November 6, 20
Please use 13, 33 or 55 gallon trashbags to bring your plastics.
Trex bins are also located at Central One Federal Credit Union at 40 South Street, Westborough (accessible from the back parking lot) and Boroughs Family Branch YMCA at 4 Valente Drive, Westborough (near the climbing wall).
