Be Well Northborough has announced additional free Narcan Training sessions for March. The sessions will be held at the Northborough Library, 34 Main Street on Tuesday, March 28 from 12-12:30 p.m. and 4:30-5 p.m.

You will receive a brief training on how to recognize an opioid overdose, and when and how to use Narcan. Participants will receive a free kit including 2 doses of Narcan, instructions on Narcan administration, Fentanyl test strips with instructions and a recovery resource guide.
Narcan is the brand name of the generic naloxone and is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids – including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription medications – when given in time.
This training is provided by clinicians within the Greater Boroughs Partnership for Health.
