The threat of snow is hopefully over, spring sports have begun and end of the year activities and events are being planned.

  • The Algonquin PTO is seeking donations from businesses and community members to support the annual Junior Post Prom Party to be held May 13-14. Please donate online to keep Northborough kids safe on prom night.
  • The Northborough Southborough Public School Committees have approved the 2023-2024 school calendar.
  • Mark your calendar: Northborough Town Meeting is on Monday, April 24 starting at 6 p.m.. Voters will have the opportunity to disapprove/approve the issuance of debt for the Algonquin Athletic Complex Project. If approved at the Northborough Annual Town Meeting, the project will begin in June 2023. The project aims to upgrade the existing athletic facilities at Algonquin Regional High School to include a new track, two turf fields, upgrading seven tennis courts, adding three pickleball courts, adding a basketball court, an ADA-compliant facility, new field lighting, and an amphitheater. The project was approved at the Southborough Town Meeting, but needs Northborough approval to move forward.
