The Northborough Library is hosting a virtual Student Financial Aid 101 event on Thursday, October 22, 2:00-3:30 pm with Jack Wang.
Want to lower the cost of college? Qualify for (more) aid? We’ll be going over the rules AND strategies to get more aid and pay for college – things that you will NOT hear from the guidance counselor or MEFA.
Topics include what factors are considered, differences in the formulas schools use, and strategies on how to get more aid. And most importantly, we’ll be discussing how to determine the strategies that you can use.
