Each year the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund holds a Name Reading and Flag garden on Boston Common. Unfortunately, this year the name reading will need to be a private virtual ceremony. However, they are asking members of the Commonwealth to help them replicate their Boston Common tribute in cities and towns across the state by creating a virtual flag garden. If you would like to participate, print this flag graphic and place it in your window(s) over Memorial Day weekend. You are also welcome to place flags on your front lawn, if you have them available. Selfies and videos can be posted showing your support by tagging their social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and using the hashtag #HeroesFlagGarden.
