Library summer reading book sale

Library summer reading book sale

The Friends of the Northborough Library will be holding a summer reading booksale on Saturday, May 29, 9:30 am – 3 pm. Due to the predicted rain, the sale will be held indoors at 34 Main Street. Masks will be required.

The library is otherwise not fully open to the public on Saturday, and due to a plumbing issue being repaired, no restrooms will be available.

Books and media for children, teens and adults will be available, including some DVDs and music CDs.

Books will be replenished throughout the day, so no need to be the first one in the door! Prices will be $1/book; kids’ paperbacks 50 cents; DVDs $2; CDs $1 and a bunch of $2 Special Price books.

There will not be a bag sale.

Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Book donations are no longer being accepted for this sale. Thank you for the generosity of all donors. Please do not just leave new donations outside the library doors; the librarians will discard them. For questions about the Booksale, please contact Ellen Church.
All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Northborough Library, which uses all of its funds to support the Northborough Library. Our funding includes library programs, museum passes, and other items not in the regular library budget. To join the Friends, please use this form.
