St. Rose of Lima’s annual Family Fun Day will be held on Sunday, October 7 at 244 West Main Street. The event starts with an outdoor mass at 11:30 a.m., followed by a short kids’ fun run at 1:15 p.m. and a 5K Run/Walk at 1:30 p.m. A cookout for all attendees will be held from 1 – 3 pm.
All are invited to join the afternoon of faith, fun, and food but everyone must register as a headcount is needed for food preparation. Music and family games will continue throughout the afternoon.
Online registration is available and is free for those attending Family Fun Day but not participating in the race and for 5K runner/walkers under age 14 or over 65 years old. There is a $15 registration fee for runners/walkers participating in the 5K ages 14-65.
