As things begin to ramp up back to normal, so too will the Northborough Guide! Here is our first Weekend Round-up since March of 2020. We will continue to send these out when there is enough information to warrant a blast. Enjoy the long weekend!
Friday, May 28:
- This weekend we honor those who have served our country and lost their lives. The Memorial Day parade has been canceled due to COVID, but please view the pre-recorded virtual Memorial Day Ceremony produced by Northborough Cable Access Television
- Only 14 more days of school left! If you are looking for a fun way to thank teachers and the District Medical Advisory Team, NSPAC is selling yard signs through Thursday, June 3.
Saturday, May 29:
- Stock up on books for the summer at the Friends of the Northborough Library book sale. The sale is now indoors due to the predicted rain. Masks will be required.
- It’s a great day to attend the First Parish Plant Sale and add to your garden.
Sunday, May 30:
- Girls who will be entering grades 6-9 are invited to register for the Algonquin Summer Volleyball Clinic.
- Bazaar Krafty Gals is the featured Craftworks artist this week. Be sure to stop at the store to see their handmade bags, quilts, table mats and runners!
Monday, May 31:
- In observance of Memorial Day, Northborough town offices including the Library and Senior Center are closed. There will be no trash pick up on Monday and pick up will be delayed y one day for the rest of the week.
- Treasures await you at First Parish as they host their annual yard sale and book sale.
- The Northborough Library’s children programs for June have been announced so be sure to register ahead of time to ensure a spot.

- Book Sir Loin Catering for those summer BBQs or Pig Roasts, now that you can have people over again!

- Learn more about the Northborough & Southborough Youth Football and Cheer program, which has started registration for the fall and is having an information night in June.
- Register for summer dance programs with Diane Cournoyer Dance Center.
